Update (Dec. 17, 2011):
In response to Scott Ss review: I have hundreds of apps on my Mac. To infer that I dont know "how to access this app" is quite condescending. Let me see… to access it, do I locate it first and perhaps double click…
As for my review, I only am reporting on my experience. Granted, yours (and others) may be different. Good for you. As I said, I use many, many apps. Most work great. Some have problems (bugs which are annoying for the most part). And some just dont work to begin with (cant even get it started… just spinning beach ball requiring a force quit).
If this app worked great, or worked but was buggy, I would say that too. This app for me though just doesnt even get started. Thats all Im saying. Maybe others might find that info helpful. As I pointed out in the first part of this review, I have other apps of a similar nature that work fine, so this leads me to believe that there is something with this app that needs fixing.
Lastly, it is so obvious that you are connected to this dev somehow (although I must add that Im positive the same could be said for most devs, and I dont have a problem with that. Just another form of marketing a product). While I could refer to many quotes you used to lend credence to my case, your statement for the updated version of "great additions" for bug fixes and one addtional topic seems a bit over the top, as does the phrase "Simply the best." Compared to what? Have you tried similar products?

Updated (Dec 14, 2011) :
I was hoping this update would get this 400mb app that is just sitting on my hard drive working… but still no such luck.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First and foremost, this app does not work on my computer, an iMac running the latest version of Lion. Tried numerous times. Only get the spinning beach ball and need to force quit to end the program every time. Without rebooting, I tried "Tutor for Lion" & "SCOtutor for Lion." Both these apps work fine.
Then I investigated the reviews for this app and for "Learn - Lion Edition." I did this by clicking on the name of the reviewer to see what other apps they had reviewed, usually a good sign as to whether they are truly objective reviews, or friends and family of the developer. The first 10 reviews for "Learn - Lion Edition" were done by reviewers that only had that one review. For the five reviews for this app, only one reviewer had a single other app review.
Bottom line, buyer beware. This app did not work for me and all the five star reviews appear to be bogus.
